“All staff were kind, helpful and professional. Dr Lee and Anna were both excellent and seemed to work well in tandem. It's clear both are highly skilled and have done a lot of quality reps by how they work. I had oral surgery and I felt nothing at all during the procedure. Dr Lee always asked how I was doing and if I was ok. She worked efficiently and with intent and I can tell she was focused and had great workflow. She was clear about what the issues were and how to work through them properly. Darwin helped with the payment strategy and he was excellent. Everything was low friction and easy. Amalia was professional, showed a genuine concern, and was very attentive to my needs. Next was with Pamela at the receptionist desk who was a polite, warm and caring host while I was sitting in the waiting room. Reina, the dental hygienist gave me a thorough, gentle cleaning. “my son came in for a regular cleaning. Doc noticed he needed a tooth extraction and i love how gentle the entire team treated my baby. I was extremely worried, i am the type of mom who gets more nervous and hurt then the actual patient.. but they made sure i was calm showing me every step of the procedure being extremely gentle keeping me calm and keeping my baby relax and calm as well. They made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. In my 26 years of living, I’ve never had a dental hygienist who wasn’t either too rough or rushed, but Reina was nothing short of magical. She cleaned my teeth with so much delicacy and care that it honestly made me want to write this review. She even asked if the pressure was okay and told me to let her know if anything felt uncomfortable that kind of attention and gentleness is rare. “Edit: Today I had my cleaning done by Reina, the Hygienist. I must say she was Great. I would recommend anyone to schedule their appt with her. Had a couple implants done here as well. Although I’m unsure of doctors’ names who did my procedures, I did not have any issues or pain, post procedure complications etc. And my smile is just as Beautiful as before. Reina was professional, receptive, easy to talk to, and completed my cleaning very thoroughly. Update review; I was going to change dental offices because my visit couple of visits there was extremely painful - reason being - had a deep cleaning done last October (each half of my mouth completed on two different dates) and Hygienist Michelle, all I can say is I will never have her do my cleanings again. The 5 stars is for Reina and doctors who did my implants.”
